Description
A complete dough sheeter able to satisfy even the most difficul requests! It has a stainless steel body machine and structure, generous and intuitive color touch screen 7” that allows to store up to 100 programs, and provided with automatic coiler and fl our duster. The standard equipment is completed by wide cylinders (diameter 80mm) activated by the new up-and-down moving system by oil bath screws that ensure an absolute precision of lamination. The belts and cylinders’ speed can be adjusted through touch-screen, in order to meet all production needs, while the transmission with toothed and trapezoidal belts make a noiseless and reliable machine. Thanks to the very compact front and rear carters, it takes up minimal space, becoming the perfect ally for all kind of use, both artisanal and industrial.
