SEMIAUTOMATIC BUTTER/DOUGH PRESS RPS

Machine suitable to press butter and dough for bakeries and pastry workshop. Our press is built on a reinforced carpentry able to bear the bigger pressure given by the strengthen cylinder and unit. It is equipped with double hook lid to assure the maximum closure between basket and lid during the working cycle. Steel stove painted structure. Aisi 304 stainless steel basket with big depth.
Complete hydraulic working with big tank and double sealing between tank and hydraulic unit. Stainless steel collecting crumbs tray easy to reach thanks to lateral covers assembled on hinges. On castors made of soft rubber with brake for greater stability and noiselessness.

Working cycle: pressing by joystick, manual lid opening.
