The new RAM cutting table is designed tooptimize workflows, thanks to auseful cutting width of 650 mmand the ability toadjust the belt speed using the potentiometer, allowing high-volume production to be managed with great ease.

The core system is thecutting box PLUS, which ensures precise results throughcutting pressure adjustment via ergonomic levers. Thequick-release mechanismallows the high-quality belts to be easily detensioned, facilitating thedaily cleaning of the machineand enabling their replacement without having to dismantle the worktop.

Equipped withdual controls for maximum operational versatility, the table includes as standard essential accessories such as thescraper, the crescent-shaped flour collector, and the lateral scrap discharge kit.

The structure is completed by the in-tegrated three-position cutting roller holderbuilt into the leg and thepractical side tables for tray support, making this machine acomplete and self-contained work centre.
