The bread mill is made of AISI 304 stainless steel able to resist heavy duty and difficult conditions. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with the following:
- 0,75 Kw motor;
- side system for replacing and cleaning the filters;
- two 3 and 4 mm bore filters.
The success of this product depends on both its easy use and cleaning that allows any operators to mill stale bread easily and without any waste.
