Description
The new electric divider with interchangeable grids for high hydration leavened dough, is a project designed and patented by RAM.
This incredible machine, with compact dimensions but big production capacity, uses a completely innovative electrical system to divide leavened dough with no stress to the product. Easy grids replacement and simple use (thanks to the handy Joystick) make it a very versatile and intuitive machine, suitable also for not specialized operators. As the dough pressing and cut are not controlled by hydraulic system, the machine is very noiseless with benefits also for the electrical consumption.
It is able to divide several types of high hydration leavened dough obtaining different shapes and weights.
Standard equipment in this version:
- Aluminum top cover to level the dough inside the basket
- Potentiometer to adjust the pressure when the cover is used
- 230/50/1ph voltage to be easy connected even at home
